What could you buy in Kazakhstan with bitcoin when the INTERNET was the FIRST infrastructure to fail? With US dollars in your hand you could still buy anything for sale...including your escape. In El Salvador, a US dollar is still worth a dollar (minus its historic LT purchase power loss and S/T inflation loss) Convert that dollar to El Salv bitcoin...and the exchange rate has dropped 50% (in 2 months) from 1:1 down to 1:0.5 dollars to bitcoins(in Tether dollars, minus CONVERSION FEE and IRS tax for expats).
