They are put up in brand new condos, given free rides, have walmart gift cards for buying whatever they need, get bus rides to the truck driving schools, and before they even set foot out of the airport after landing here, they are given free vouchers for food and alcohol at the airport!

I witnessed that first hand a few months ago. Chilling in an airport bar at my city waiting for my flight to leave and here comes a whole plane load of them about 9pm. The server already knew and asked the one english speaker for their vouchers. They filled the whole place and it took me 45 minutes to get another beer.
