“Thank you for your service” sounds pretty dumb when the “service” doesn’t benefit any of us in any way whatsoever. Have you ever asked yourself whom this “service” benefits? The military has done nothing to “protect our freedoms” in recent history. Unless we’re talking about WWII veterans in which case they do deserve respect, but there aren’t too many of them left.

I was poor out of high school. Didn’t motivate me to desire to kill foreigners for tax credits. You should thank me for being a true American for standing up for what I truly believed in….which, is LOVE MY NEIGHBOR.

Been homeless, too. Rather would accept that path than violate my fellow man for illegitimate reasons. Sure, I get it…the world/nature is cutthroat. I accept wat is human nature. Still, I’d never serve as a conscripted, colonized man in this country. It’s a death tax. Taxation without representation.

You mad bro? Less than 1% of the US population are veterans and you think that we are the one draining the system? The VA is part of a service members benefits when the sign up. Homeless dope heads like you knocking up trailer trash hoes is whats draining the system.

Your unyielding and unselfish daily sacrifice allows everyone regardless of their ideology, beliefs and backgrounds the sacred right to express their ideals and opinions, regardless if they are valid or not.

The vast majority of people will never have the opportunity to serve, so they can never understand the sacrifice for the freedoms in which you protect.

If you receive orders to deploy overseas to secure our ally Nations and too face down Russian aggression, I know you will do your duty and accomplish the mission with courage and professionalism, like your brothers and sisters in arms has done before you.

As a Soldier, Sailor, Airman and a Marine, we're not the ones to question the orders, we're the ones that are charged with making sure those orders are executed proficiently, professionally and with great valor.

My prayers for your safety, your family and for your safe return if you indeed deploy.

When you are standing in line hoping there is food left for you and your family, when you are censored and not allowed to speak freely through sites like this, when you have nothing left to your name...Then you would wish you had these brave men and women fighting to regain the freedoms you don't realize you have....Please, take a trip and experience what a life outside of a free country looks like, it is not a happy hug my neighbor type of world...You have no idea how blessed you are, you owe it all to our service men and veterns. Please go screw yourself for that fake ass hero statement, you seriously make me sick saying that and have no clue what a harsh ass world this is....
