I really do think they fit the description of sociopaths. Not an exaggeration or misapplication of that word either.

Sociopaths are known to be very weak in identifying or separating good from bad, right from wrong, truths from lies.

Think of how that description applies to plenty of run-of-the-mill "leftys."
