Is Biden removing American troops from America as a precursor to dictatorship?

Not to sound like a paranoid cynic, between Biden's ties to Communist China, and the sheer evil of the Biden administration, it wouldn't be surprising if Biden is using/engineering the situation in the Ukraine, to remove American soldiers who:

a) Are loyal to the US Constitution.

b) Would be hesitant to fire on American citizens.

Remember, Biden held secret meetings with China and Russia, right before this whole thing in the Ukraine started to warm up.
