Well, idk but my daughter contracted Covid when she was 5 months pregnant and she had a pretty bad case of flu like symptoms, lost taste and smell, fever, aches, and some cough etc. Doc of course would not give her anything for her symptoms so she got through it pretty much on her own. Took about a week.
No, she did not deliver early and baby, while small, was pretty much healthy. He has however been a rather sickly baby, constantly battling respiratory issues and had to have tubes put in his ears at 6 months which is very early for a child. I do wonder if her being pregnant and contracting Covid has anything to do with his constant respiratory issues however.
I watched a hearing today with some med experts regarding Covid and the vaccines, etc. While premature birth was not mentioned for those who had contracted Covid, it definitely was mentions that a 300% increase in miscarriages has been noted for those who took the vaccine while pregnant. Since the spike protein seems to be the issue with the vaccines, I do have to wonder if it would also not be the issue with the disease, right?
And, FYI, I do remember when this all started hearing some reports of women who were pregnant and contracted Covid while pregnant were delivering their babies early. Not necessarily THAT early, but yes, premature. I thought they were talking like a few weeks early, not 3 months early. I distinctly remember this because of course I worried about my daughter.
Wishing you and her the best.
