everything is recorded and stored and the stuff they "can't do" they get agencies of other countries to do and pass it to each other under the table... that doesn't mean they are reading or listening to it all. but they can, if you become a "person of interest" or do something naughty, or use a keyword or 3  I believe that receiving things that were acqujred through an illegal act would make the receiving party an accomplice and responsible party. I dont know is why I am asking. Only been on here a short while but seem to be a lot of smart people on here.
