When I was a mere child I would look at the globe in our house and I wondered what the deal was because I "knew" we lived 'inside' of that ... whatever. I get to school and I'm literally in the third grade when it's explained to me that we are 'stuck' to the outside of that ball...not living inside of it.

Didn't make sense then and doesn't now.
