Yes... Wasn't active after the Pandemic much... Notice, not a word about his brother in January. Australia was a bit behind the curve at the time, (2020) and by June he never really logged in due to tracking fears.

OP and I were friends since Fukushima and chatted quite a bit.

He dropped off the radar on his decline.

I was notified by another friend in Australia of his passing.

My heart is broken :( He was so wonderful! Spent hours listening to him in old GLP chat back when it was just voice and text. He sent me pictures when his house burned down. I knew he was in trouble, but we lost touch and I didn't know where he had gone :( God's speed, old friend. God's speed. "Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted."

I'm right there with you....

I have developed close friends here on GLP and have even kept close ties outside of the site. I have met a number of people from here in "Real Life", Spoken with, given rides to, and still to this day chat at least monthly with in FB IM or on the phone, etc....

Old school crew was the best crew. One of them passed the info to me but, I'll be damned if I can verify it with a link tonight. I'm away from home.


I was crushed too, I learned about it a month or so ago.

I just got agitated when I saw his threads being needlessly bumped by an AC.

HE WAS A GOOD MAN WITH A GOOD CAUSE.

I don't like seeing his name being tarnished.

It was just a shock. Thank you so much for letting us know. He will be missed and his Halloween Pumpkin video will be GLP gold for years to come :D Still makes me laugh. Hehe!
