Doctors may not diagnose whatever aliment or cause of death someone has as vaccine damage. AFAIK, there are upticks in cancers, vascular damages, strokes, heart issues, and many other things.

Typically, a doctor will plug your symptoms in on a computer and it will guide them in making a diagnosis. Those computers are constantly updated by a medical authority. The diagnosis for these things could just be influenced by the software they use.

Some of the potential affects of the vaccine can also be just not noticed. Cancer accelerants, for example, could turn on a cancer gene, or escalate a cancer. Or T-cell related reasons where it the T-cells were momentarily changed for a period after the vaccines and cancer appeared. Even a well-intentioned Dr may not identify that it was the result of the shot.

From my own personal perspective, Many of the people that I know that have had the shot are all in very poor health right now. The one's who didn't take the shot are in great health, even the ones who had COVID.
