The fact they refer to themselves as “The Elite” and express surprise that those they govern don’t trust them, is all the evidence they need that demonstrates they are completely disconnected and insulated from the real world we live in, utterly divorced from reality. They operate within a myopic world-view that is formed and shaped by their elite lifestyles.
Yet they are our overlords.
