How much more obvious can it be? Refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup are devastating all people who are addicted to it. Diabetes is rampant. I lost 40 lbs. after cutting out all the sugar and fructose. Also the preserved meats, ready to eat frozen stuff, all fast foods, pasta, rice, potatoes, energy drinks, all the processed stuff to a great degree. I eat only about 1/2 as much or less at all.

So 1 tsp is 4 grams of sugar. Sodas have like 30-50 grams of sugar per 12 oz. So that’s around 8-13 teaspoons or 3-4 tablespoons of sugar per 12 oz of soda.

One of those old people vaccines.. to project them from pneumonia.. instead of pneumonia.. we got the very experensive money making diabetes. I never was a pop drinker by the way. and Ice cream was once in a while.. and I read my labels.

I got that shit, I spent 20 years traveling the US working and eating unhealthy. It's caused numerous health issues now I'm trying to reverse it at 58. I just started a 20/4 fasting/ eating schedule. with only ketogenic meals. Put the shit food down and if your running so hard you don't have time to eat properly find a new job. Nothing work related is worth your life.
