Seriously, though, that guy couldn't catch up to the fat Black woman? I doubt she runs very fast and would probaby drop most of the coats on the run, and the other guy took too many to be able to carry them down the street. It's almost as if the guy wasn't even trying to stop them. They could have been easily stopped. This does smell of an inside job. Guy working there let them do it and then pounded his fist on the counter to make it look like he was enraged by the whole thing.
