Every time I go to town to shop I feel crappy when I return, and have to use a nettie pot a few times before I start feeling normal again, also up my vitamin D.

Needed a coffee pot over the weekend, had to go to two walmarts, and neither one had a reasonably priced coffee pot. They had an 12 dollar one, and a hundred dollar one and nothing in between. Finally had to go to Target to find what I was looking for.

Leaving Target, though, I started feeling bad, and then my husband started feeling bad. Happens damn near every time we go out into public. Luckily for us we live out in the country with some acreage so I don't run into people, lol, and stay pretty isolated.
