Good quick Prepper/RoadTrip meals

This might be a good thread for people to chime in.

I'm getting ready for a long road trip and have been wanting some stuff with minimal prep and cooking..

Found the "Hormel Compleat" at Walmart -- they are v tasty and lots of meat and potatoes and stuff...Basically pot roast and potatoes and no refigeration needed! shelf stabilized.

Just nuke it at 7-11 or heat on a propane heater and it goes great with the spicy jalapeno and chedder instant grits you just pour boiled water on.

I put some stoneground mustard and voila ! 5 Stars!
