theres no plausible way this is true and I have proof. Go look at the local officials twitters. Many will unknowingly expose the truth in their tweets. Many of these local officials talk about how their city districts have only like 40 percent vaccinated and its a struggle to get these communities vaccinated. They keep needing new ideas and new pushes to get people vaccinated. These "communities" they are talking about are inner city communities, not unique to one area. its simply not plausible when you look at the real numbers
