A parent's nightmare. I still worry about my kids, and they are way beyond age 24. My grandson attended the same college as this girl at the same time during their undergraduate years. I worry about his safety, too. I wish they could get all these criminals off the streets and put them in insane asylums, but there were/are people who fought for criminally insane persons and said they have the right to stay out of these institutions.
