There has been an increase of blacks in this area in the last couple years - tenfold. Where there didn't used to be many blacks, now they are rampant. If you go to the corner of Sunset and LaBrea - not too far from where this murder took place, there is a large encampment of "homeless" blacks. They run hoes right out of their tents there.
