Then, between 2:30-3:30 he says "We must usher in a military style campaign to help align the public sector..."

THEN: "with the resources in the trillions, far beyond the global GDP, he has the best chance to succeed in this task" (or some such shit) but uses the pronoun 'He' completely void of context, as if he's saying 'you KNOW who I'm talking about'- fucking bizarre and weird. The grim/solemn looks on the faces of world leadership, to include Biden sitting there all by himself among the sea of other 'loyal subjects', playing with his damn inkstick adds to the whole surreal spectacle.


Among about a dozen other questions this few minute talk brings-up, who HE is, is the most ominous and foreboding...
