Yeah but if terminated due to no vax now with SCOTUS ruling, companies can be sued, class action style.
Quoting: laughnow12 Wrong Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81039682 You're an idiot. Watch and learn. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81107803 The ruling only prevented the Federal Government from mandating the vaccine, not private business. Yet you call me an idiot and don't even understand the ruling and are trying to insult someone that actually knows what's going on. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81039682 . Of course they could try to coerce you, just that they open themselves up to lawsuit if they try, fail, then fire you . There's is clear precedent for this . Hint: the vax being pushed still isn't the one that was approved . Here is another suggestion : Go to Duck Duck go ( dun use google ) and do a search for lawsuits arising from this very issue , the literally MILLIONS of them . Then watch as this policy crumbles via free market prsssure over the next two months . Then search for the huge precedent of civil case law in this country going back a very long time . You will find your arrogance is unfounded in anything other than an inflated sense of cognitive / research abilities ..and or perspective .
