So private companies can make you drug test even in states that have legalized weed but they can't make you take this so called vaccine?
Seems to me private companies can pretty much set their own rules, let them hang themselves.

Maybe a false positive and they leaked it out that you're a "junky." That's a lawsuit. And a good one assuming you can prove it. Always has been under contract/labor law. Now take a permanent medical intervention that is (effectively) worthless, has risks with unknown rates, and the people who made it denied you informed consent because they hid the AEs in their studies and cancelled the phase 3s? Yeah. Hopefully people understand why yesterday's ruling was so important. It wasn't so much about outcomes with the vacks as it is accountability for what these employers have done.
