Yes you are an idiot.
I never said stupid corps will no longer force their employees to get the poison.
They will be open to massive liability and will be sued into oblivion plain and simple.

What law are they going to be suing under? what law are they going to enforce it under? are there any other medical requirements that they are allowed to force you to have before you are employed? that is discrimination based on medical history. are they going to also mandate an aids/cancer/high blood pressure/hepatitis/etc tests to make sure you are "clean" before working for them?
