...Are you a lawyer? Do you know what you’re talking about? No and no. Companies are well within their rights to mandate a jab. The ruling just says the government can’t mandate it as part of an OSHA regulation, and even then, the ruling only temporarily enjoins enforcement of the rule while the case continues to make its way through the courts. I would love it if private businesses couldn't mandate the vaccine, but they can and already have, moran. WOW you are dim. I NEVER said they can not mandate them. Sheesh you are one stupid bastard. But you said they suddenly will be open to liability and nothing has changed when it comes to that at all, so you're just wrong and doubling down and doubling down and then tripling down on stupid.
