Yet you call me an idiot and don't even understand the ruling and are trying to insult someone that actually knows what's going on. Yes you are an idiot. I never said stupid corps will no longer force their employees to get the poison. They will be open to massive liability and will be sued into oblivion plain and simple. No they won't, anymore than they were before this ruling because it has nothing to do with that. It's amazing how the ignorant person is usually the first to throw around the word idiot.
