Remember that some places like California, just wont relent or give up pushing this shit. The mandate changed nothing here, because the state is doing all the hard lifting already.

showing your vaccine card, and wearing a mask is a still a daily occurrence here, at least in LA, and I suspect other democratically controlled areas.

It's OK, when their competitors hire there best people who then perform better they will start going out of business until there are none.

Part of the best talent will leave to avoid the requirements, part will do as told and be sickly and have higher insurance costs and be less agile and capable.

The requirements will handicap the businesses that keep them if there is no government mandate.

It will fall flat now. Once they start losing employees they are fucked. And they will.
