Well, if they rule in favor of the mandate, despite the vaccine not stopping transmission, therefore mooting any argument about "public health," then the only reaction from the people can be revolution. There is no other choice here.

That would mean that the Federal Government has complete and total control over every aspect of our lives.

I really doubt that will happen, but it's certainly possible.

As a practicing member before the Supreme Court, I would bet the entire BANK that the Court will rule in favor of ANY governmental over-reach. It's been going down hill since the 1960's. When they rule, as I know they will, that mandates are "constitutionally" lawful; I will be turning in my certificate to practice before that court.

If you look at the history of the Court members (Justices on the Supreme Court and the FISA courts) you will see that each one, at some point in their careers as Federal District Judges, ruled IN FAVOR OF THE GOVERNMENT in some pivotal or precedental trial. Thus, the chances that they will side with "individual liberty" is ZERO.

At this point I could care less what they say.

The leading FAULT and FLAW in the Amerikan judicial system is the appointment of members of the Court by either the Executive or Legislative Branches. Thus, politically corrupt. In Britain, the judiciary is appointed BY THE JUDICIARY. Our forefather's missed it when they decreed that the executive would nominate and the congress would elect.

Im holding out hope and my thought is this: Fauci is in some serious trouble right now and much of what he has advised the WH was/is predicated on huge mistruths/lies and that means how the Govt reacted is based on a false premise.

Actually, it is. I do not believe that most amerikan's are competent to pick a decent judge. They elect judges; not based upon their experience, education or fairness; but rather, by the letter "R" or "D" next to their names. Yes, amerikans are too stupid to pick a competent judge.

The ruling on Obamacare was it was a tax and therefore legal.

The Supreme Court wiped it's collective asses on the Bill of Rights 50 years ago.
