The karmic aspect of all this is so delicious. She comes to FL, the antithesis of her home state of NY, where she is able to live like the free person that she (and everyone) is, she gets sick, and has to do this massive explanation of her personal medical situation, making sure we don't focus on her maskless vacation outings, and of course use the moment as further narrative pushing.
