Unless you're schizo or bi-polar or have some other hard core mental illness stay away from psych meds unless you are already on them and they work for you. Taking psych meds for a bit of depression which we all experience from time to time is not the answer. You cannot be happy all the time. That's impossible and yes life sucks sometimes and you are going to hate it and be depressed about it. That's the human experience.
