I'm not talking about hand-washing in professional kitchens to stop generalized possible contamination of food. I'm talking a specific disease. I'm talking full-spectrum across-the-nation across-the-sectors enforcement. No? |

These include OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogens standard (29 CFR 1910.1030) which provides protection of workers from exposures to blood and body fluids that may contain bloodborne infectious agents; OSHA's Personal Protective Equipment standard (29 CFR 1910.132) and Respiratory Protection standard (29 CFR 1910.134) which provide protection for workers when exposed to contact, droplet and airborne transmissible infectious agents; and OSHA's TB compliance directive which protects workers against exposure to TB through enforcement of existing applicable OSHA standards and the General Duty Clause of the OSH Act. But that's for a specific industry or line of work. It is not broadly enforced across the country in every sector. In other words, healthcare gets different rules than miners than factory workers than restaurant workers. |

Next comes your diet, your weight, your alcohol consumption, your tobacco use, your driving record and type of vehicle (all electric by mandate of course), etc. Last Edited by tkwasny on 01/07/2022 03:10 PM |
