Not so fast: The police need to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the call was real in the first place and that THEY didn't call it in.

They should have a recording from 911, which must be released to the concerned parties, at the very least. If not, then it was likely police harassment.

Never, ever, assume that the police are the good guys. It is against the law to claim exigent circumstances without real proof.

The police, having no liability in a civil sense and de facto protection from legal consequences since they are part of the legal system, enjoy an immediate assumption of innocence, and therefore must be willing to prove they are not breaking the law or lying, in the court of public opinion, on demand.

IF, however, they have to go to court for this, then they would have an assumption of innocence, as we all do. Until then, they either step up or admit guilt.

Odds are, they just got a call, but this really could be something more than a bitter gamer with a small penis.

Was watching Reketa Law and he had some recording of the police scanner. Police suspected it was A swat before they entered Tim's place and they were looking into the person that called it in.

Crazy shit... that's a death sentence if even one thing goes wrong.
