Basically an armed robbery where you pistol whip victims but not kill them is a misdemeanor now......to put this in context, shoplifting was a misdemeanor.....but now its not even a prosecutable crime.....
The real takeaway is that the position of DA use to be law enforcement......not social justice activist......
This DA puts the last nail in NYC's coffin....
