But make no mistake, they WILL prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any white person who violates the most insignificant of statutes.

This is worse than non enforcement, it will be SELECTIVE enforcement.

Let the city SELF DESTRUCT become a bigger version of Camden NJ (highest crime rate in NJ) or Memphis (highest crime rate in US).

Once the crime intrudes on mid town Manhattan, Wall Street, and the upper East and upper West sides (of Central Park) and bankers and financial people do NOT feel safe in NYC anymore ... the city will begin a QUICK decline. It will probably take it 1/2 of the amount of time it took for Detroit to collapse.

The financial services and corporate headquarters people in NYC stay there in spite of the super high taxes because of the "Extra" benefits the city provides, particularly wrt the "Safety" of Manhattan (it has one of the lowest crime rates in the world of big cities if one only looks at Manhattan and that part of Manhattan from the top end of Central Park south the end of the island). Make everyday living and working in Manhattan UNSAFE ... and it will DRIVE OUT those businesses and high earners when they also factor in the taxes they are having to pay.
