So, since last night the family has been taking Benadryl and the Quercitin with the Zinc. We all slept really well last night. Today I woke up feeling fine.. took the regiment again and as the day progresses the bleh is back.

Thank everyone for assisting with suggestions. From some of the suggestions I have also ordered Black Seed Oil.
