It started slow then bad. I had terrible pain all throughout my body with chills and fevers. It tried to go into my lungs but thankfully I started the benadryl and that night I woke up drenched in sweat. The next day I was about 80% better. Then the cough came on. Couldn't breathe and felt I would cough up my lungs. I then took the pepcid as well and it took care of the cough. I still have it but not as bad. I definitely feel I have some lung damage. Thank God for the benadryl and pepcid.

How much Pepcid did you take? Just the instructions on the back?

We are in our late 40's our children are in their teens. I ordered an oximeter that should be here in the next day or two.

Currently we are taking 2000 ICU of Vitamin C, 2000 ICU Vitamin D and 50 of Zinc. Just started Quercetin.

I started feeling like crap yesterday. When I went to wake up and get out of bed, I literally could not move, I ached all over. It wasn't until noon that I managed to get out of bed and deal with hot flashes and chills.

By last night hubby was feeling achy and chilled and spiked a fever. Our son spiked a fever and had a headache. Our Daughter has had a cough for a couple of days. Now Hubby and Son both have coughs and I can hear hubby coughing up crap.

At first I didn't think anything of it, we had literally cut down and hauled a 60ft tree from our back yard and I am going through perimenopause so I figured the stiffness was from the tree hauling and the hot cold flashes from the Peri.

Since September we had increased our Vitamin C, D and Zinc. We are sticking with it and lots of fluids and fever/pain reducers when needed. We have been drinking a lot of Mullein Tea to ensure that anything in the lungs stays loose to cough up.

I did read Quercetin was good to take, I do have that as well as Benadryl. We do not have access to Ivermectin.

At what point should Benadryl be taken with milk? Any other suggestions that seemed to help for those who have had it?
