Whole family of 4 tested positive for COVID

I started feeling like crap yesterday. When I went to wake up and get out of bed, I literally could not move, I ached all over. It wasn't until noon that I managed to get out of bed and deal with hot flashes and chills.

By last night hubby was feeling achy and chilled and spiked a fever. Our son spiked a fever and had a headache. Our Daughter has had a cough for a couple of days. Now Hubby and Son both have coughs and I can hear hubby coughing up crap.

At first I didn't think anything of it, we had literally cut down and hauled a 60ft tree from our back yard and I am going through perimenopause so I figured the stiffness was from the tree hauling and the hot cold flashes from the Peri.

Since September we had increased our Vitamin C, D and Zinc. We are sticking with it and lots of fluids and fever/pain reducers when needed. We have been drinking a lot of Mullein Tea to ensure that anything in the lungs stays loose to cough up.


It is hard to think right now, so I appreciate your patience and possible assistance.

I did read Quercetin was good to take, I do have that as well as Benadryl. We do not have access to Ivermectin.

At what point should Benadryl be taken with milk? Any other suggestions that seemed to help for those who have had it?

Take Benadryl with milk now... go with the dosage on the box. Let everyone sleep and heal as much as possible. When fever got above 101 I gave DD an ibuprofen. Helped her body aches and let her sleep. Also gave her as much green tea with honey as she could drink and let her eat chips to get salt into her. She improved rapidly with the Benadryl and milk ( hot chocolate) Like 2 days.
Other supplements Vit D3 25k iu. Vit C 2k iu. Zinc 50, Quercetin, lysine, NAC, resveratrol,

Started IVM on day 4

I'm sorry to opine that there are no quick fixes to the flu. The old tried and true is what will do it, rest, plenty of warm, clear liquids, try to maintain calories. Your body knows how to deal with it.

Take benadryl and pepcid! We had it last week and those two things literally saved us.

um do not take fever reducers unless over 103

are you insane? A fever is how your body releases NK cells to kill a virus.

Take benadryl and pepcid asap. Literally saved us last week.

I'd take an aspirin a day for a month in case of covid clotting issues.

Dr. Zelenko says zinc will not work as an anti-viral unless it's taken in conjunction with HCQ or quercetin.

Wrong! I had it 2 weeks ago and I thought I would die. Never been so ill in my life. I still can't breathe right. I thought the same as you until I actually got it. It's no joke!
