Many realtors know all about the crime destroying their community, they rent to the dealers and prostitutes

I talked with a guy he did over a decade for selling crack, told me he moved from NYC to Allentown PA to sell coke and crack, he rented from Joe Clark who would buy coke off him and let him move every month to avoid police, spread crack cocaine all over the city.

To work for these people you must be willing to overlook and engage in criminal activity, and also to treat people as worthless.

I am not sure what exactly is happening but in this area the only incentive is to destroy people. You get laughed out of the room for thinking about anything but money.

Some of Joe's properties were managed by a company called Lehigh Valley 4 Rent, owned by Richard Smith, I noticed LV4R attempting to rent numerous dilapidated properties full of roach infestations, and water leaks, among other very serious health violations, when I asked manager David Hoffman how he could offer these properties for rent he said "Because once we get the deposit, it's like we got your money bitch, and there ain't shit you can do about it."
