First video showed a guys face all red/bloody around his nose and mouth. Then smoke started coming out of his nose and possibly mouth...

Second video showed people on the floor with their faces all bloodied. Then it showed smoke coming from the guys face...

So, is this the result of hemorrhagic fever combined with the initial phases of spontaneous combustion...
