Admiral Kevin User ID: 70576529 United Kingdom 12/29/2021 12:25 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Employer asked for pro-nouns by 31 Dec, Issuing new name badges for New Year, I submitted "Admiral, Starfleet" meeting corporate resistance I want my badge to read:
Kevin (not my real name) Admiral, Starfleet
I have been in correspondence with HR at HQ for the past 2 months about this, I have refused to be identified as anything other than an Admiral of Starfleet.
When they told me this was not the time for "frivolous" requests I responded that I was offended and initiated the formal employee/employer dispute mechanism.
Hate the job anyway, hoping they fire me and I can sue them. Worth at least $15,000 in a UK tribunal for unfair dismissal. |
