Get her to an emergency room let them evaluate her do bloodwork you don’t know what you’re dealing with at this point so the best thing is let the professionals figure it out and quit wasting time here.

I think if she has a fever over 103 you go to the ER to get that down. Everything else is secondary. Short of that, it's up to the patient to do the right thing.
