White pine needle tea!!  Or if you don’t have pine needle, 10 to 15 kernels of fennel seed (available at any Asian/Indian grocer). Put in a cup, pour boiling water and let the water turn pale yellow. Drink while warm. Shikimic acid. This has a helped a few people I know who took the vac. Good luck. its better to use a espresso maker, as it uses pressure and steam to extract the oils, i think it was 1 bar or 14psi. makes sense to me
