Put her on Ivermectin asap. It works better the earlier it's used.
The upset tummy is actually a good thing. It provides you with an easily identifiable gauge of whether or not Covid has been fully eliminated. As long as her tummy stays upset, she likely still has active infection which means, keep her on the meds.
Research the FLCCC protocol and put her on it asap!

One other important thing, put her on a daily aspirin now. Because she's female, she has a higher risk of stroke. Hopefully she's not allergic to it. Need to get her on either aspirin or natto asap.
Because she's been vaxed, i'm not sure how her immune system will react. That said, Ivermectin inhibits viral replication. Its mechanism of action operates outside the immune system (it doesn't depend on T-cells) so it still will likely work.
The good thing is she's likely infected with a less virulent strain. Hopefully she'll kick it without much problem.
Good luck!
