Im also estranged from my child, and know that heartache. Not a peep in a year. I only know shes alive because she occasionally contacts her brother.

Reading this makes me on the one hand, have hope. On the other, scares the hell out of me. Luckily shes deathly afraid of needles, so my hope is she hasnt taken any jabs.

I've got you all in my prayers and wish the very best for your beautiful child. We hope they make good choices but we let them be so they can figure it all out, hopefully. May the recovery be both physical and spiritual.
