if she's sore/aching/sorethroat/chills, you can give tylenol and diphenhydramine for to prevent cyyyyttokine stooooorm. help her sleep it off while her body deeeetoxes. also melatonin to help her sleep it off. i don't know what to do about the spike proteins, tho.
