I used to crave cotton candy sometimes (I think it was a mineral deficiency around that time of the month).

So I bought a cotton candy machine and it was great except I had to clean it after making 3 cottons. Which would have been OK but there were always people and/or kids around who wanted me to keep going. So the one time I did 4 in a row and the machine broke.

But it was fun using raw sugar, turbinado sugar & organic sugar.
