Skipping to 34:20 puts you in the middle of the conversation
as to why Trump is where he is at but---if you miss the
earlier dialog, you will skip back to hear how it got
to where he took his stance on it.

This covers a multitude of subjects, not just about the
title. I will admit I was most interested in what the
title is saying about 'explaining' this issue.

But---they correlate the past administrations with how
we got to where we are today concerning the covid-19 virus
and the government people that were placed in administrative
positions during the Regan, Bush and Trump presidencies.
