Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77696320 tally sticks worked for 800 years, incredibly simple. just use that principle. and don't think they wouldn't love to destroy any knowledge of systems that work, that are foolproof they don't WANT a system that works, to thwart them but yeah the real problem was back in old days, if people found out they were creating money out of thin air, there would be mobs of people killng them , there's nobody who can blow the whistle anymore, nobody understands anything theyve been carpet bombed with lies and have armies of homosexual liars who will do anything for money |

Property is the only 100% certain hedge against inflation. Metals can't touch real estate. 2. Cash flippers can make tens of thousand a week buying up cash just under asking, slapping on a coat of paint, asking $10K-$30K more than what they paid. Vangard and Blackstone then buy it up. |

We are in a massive inflationary cycle so almost EVERYTHING goes up in price because the dollar is devalued. If demand is up, you don't lower your selling price just because you brought your costs down. You keep that as increased profit for a job well done in keeping your costs down. You don't understand anything about how a free market, supply and demand system works. You just want the military to build you free or cheap shit. Move to China fuckhead, their system is your wet dream come true. Last Edited by Strate8 on 12/24/2021 05:28 PM trolls vs bots - we live in a scifi world |

Houses went up because materials went up, labor costs are higher, and interest rates are down. Yes, there is a bubble similar to the one in 2006/7 just before the mortgage crisis that almost took the economy down. Just about the same thing happened. Interest rates went down and the price of houses went up. Then, banks were making loans to those who weren't well qualified. Mortgages were bundled and resold without the mortgagees knowledge. Let's hope that is not going on now. I will tell you what was good prior to the lowered rates in the 90's. Many people had assumable loans at a lower interest rate. People would pay large down payments to assume a mortgage at a lower interest rate than what was available. That worked out well for homeowners. I don't think the banks offer that anymore. |

User ID: 77395904 United States 12/24/2021 05:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | All government regulation is to prevent competition and a free market. In a free market, things go down as rapidly as they go up. Does anyone use eight track players anymore? Bad business models fail fast. Teachers who don't teach are quickly fired. Banks go bankrupt when they are badly run. Doctors who kill or wound people are quickly fired. Everything that doesn't work for people would fail fast. Houses are kept expensive by two major interferences in the market: money printing, which is basically counterfeiting to tax everyone with rising prices of all goods, and by allowing banks and other institutional owners to list them as assets and use them as collateral for loans. They need to be de-listed as assets, and a limit of one house per household needs to be imposed. They may not be bought with credit. Cash transactions and %100 ownership should be required for real estate, and it needs to be limited to a share of real estate that does not exceed a person's equal share of the total available real estate. It is a special case, because everyone needs their share of the world's resources. The only legal basis of real estate is by agreement. "You stay on that side of the river, and I will stay on this side." No one originally bought the land from anyone who owned it. The division of the land is only by agreement among people. Jesus spoke of this when he said "if you were the sons of Abraham, you would do as Abraham did." Divide the land by agreement with other people. The kings of Israel didn't want to divide the land among their people, so they killed Jesus. Woe was pronounced for people who accumulate property beyond their due. Today, the worst offenders are governments and corporations. We know God will destroy them. 230 here, but 0 there. |

Our military murders excess people instead of building them housing, or destroys the housing of other nations. why is our military so fucked up and evil? serious question, why not use the military for good purposes? It is simply supply and demand. Blackrock and Vanguard are buying up all the homes and then renting them out to minorities through section eight. The average family soon won't be able afford a single family home. Remember the plan of TPTB. "You will own nothing, and be happy". |
