Does Big Pharma have an affiliate program for employers? Where they receive money for every employee convinced to get the vax?

I ask because the business I work for is trying with such zeal to get all employees vaxxed, pushing it with contests with gift cards, etc. Its as though they're getting some kind of kickback from doing it.

Could it be that all the big push for vaccinations by my business isn't because of Biden's OSHA mandate. But simply using that as a cover for some sort of affiliate program that Big Pharma provides to businesses?
