BCAUSE WERE FREE U STOOPID FUKKK OP  THE CDC DOES HAVE THE POWER TO IMPOSE DRACONIAN MEASURES AS SEEN IN OTHER COUNTRIES. [ link to www.heritage.org (secure)] They have the law, not the ability. It's like prohibition. The fed tried that too. So many citizens of all socio economic classes flaunted the law repeatedly. Eventually it got so bad it made the FED look impotent. So, they repealed the law. They aren't doing it now, because they can't.
