Serious question: For those who have had Covid, did they give you analytical proof

do they just say "positive" on the forms..?

are there units they give you on the forms when they say you have it..?

like ppm, ng/L, ??

what are the units they give on your analytical lab form when they say you have it?

i always ask for the calibration specs on the equipment when i have done bloodwork.

by law they have to give it to you that stuff but you have to ask

what happens and what do they give you when they say you have covid and/or it's variants?

They just say "positive" with no additional information. At least that's what I got back from Kaiser.

i am asking these questions because so many say they have it, but i have not seen much questioning about the results people have gotten back from the test centers or hospitals.

would you believe them if you were sick, and you just got an email saying Cancer:positive?

and do no further inquiry?? thats a lot of trust with no accompanying scientific test results from the hospital..

it's your body here..i was wondering how so many people knew they had covid, and how the hospitals are proving with scientific data, not just + or -

I would demand the sanger sequencing result. That would serve as a proof. That could be blasted against the blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ nucleotide search...

i guess some people aren't very curious about their own bodies and things that happen to them.

i always ask for results either electronically, and x-rays, and data from any of the tests they have ever performed on me.

granted you don't make friends with doctors sometimes asking for that stuff, but you can go above them and get that data.

Basically a teletubby rented by the nih walks into the room. The teletubbys stomach starts its stomach tv and it starts telling you you tested positive. It talks about how you didn’t social distance and are now considered an untouchable like in india for 14 days and how to become an outcast hermit in that time. They give you a 300 uber eats giftcard and fit you with an ankle monitor and you get into a plastic hampster ball that you roll in to get home to your apartment. Once home you have to upload screenshots on yourself every 3 hours to the NY public health app on your phone to prove where you are. Anyone you visited in the last 4 days gets contact traced and they make them send in a stool sample to see if they had a covid and what strain they had

I never got tested. On the 5th day I lost smell and taste and I knew. No need to get tested. It was mild for me except taste and smell were 100% gone. And I mean gone. Never had anything like that.

But the total loss of smell I experienced is a proof to me that COVID is real, because no other disease produces such a dramatic effect.

I think saying COVID is fake is a little too far in conspiracy theories, just like Flat Earth.

well thats the most detailed one i've ever scene although it just says they followed the PCR official test protocol, but gives no accompanying data for tolerances, calibration, or the units of measurement..

but that is fairly official but still is basically just a "+" with no proper explanation of controls and baselines and the like.

After not being sick for about 15 years, I got the "crud" that was going around in February 2020.

It was bad, but not bad enough to stay home from work. I took some DayQuil and was good to go. No proof of what it was, but I assume it was covid.

ANY of about 30 symptoms were written up as “Covid” without a test before tests were common

I refused a test

They wrote positive Covid on my chart for my ear infection

Recommended self-quarantine for an additional 5 days since symptoms had started five days before / for total of 10 days quarantine

Those that had “it” know - and yes I believe I had “it” about a month before I went for the ear infection. Took 2-3 days to beat it at home no problem

i do too...like 2 years ago i had full bloodwork and got pages and pages of data with scientific units and ranges and all that and what test was used for each specific test.

did you get a covid one like that or was it just 'positive' or 'negative'

thats' what im trying to find out here.
