OP, I hope you get medical care ASAP, and find some good tips in this thread. I saw several already. The d-mannose is supposed to work if it's e-coli infection. The e-coli and d-mannose have an affinity and the bacteria latch onto the d-mannose and get excreted.

Also Grapefruit Seed Extract. I ordered some from amazon. Nutribiotic. It's a natural antibiotic. They have nose spray, and capsules, too. I used the drops in water and drank it, as directed.

Also, acidophilus helped me, I don't remember any particular brand. Maybe the pearls??

One thing that helped me was that I used baking soda in my underwear. Just sprinkle some in there after every trip to the bathroom. This was my own idea...use it like women used to use talcum powder. Neutralizes the acid, is my guess. Also, pour some into your hand and dab it on.
